I love the small little black ball for my jaw—it works better than other self techniques I have tried on my jaw. I also really love placing the double ball in the yoga block. The yoga block keeps it from sliding away when you use it on your upper neck/back of head—it’s great!
My PT recommended I get this for some neck exercises. It is cheap and effective! Best part is it doesn’t give me any headaches. The RAD roller has helped so much in my recovery from surgery.
This kit is the best for post work-out recovery! It has everything I need. The rod is particularly great and easy to pack and take wherever. It’s such a simple design, yet way more effective than other tools. LOVE the whole kit!!
I really like the size of the rad roller. I like how I can use it for my back, hips and legs. I hope it will help my arthritis.
