By far, one of the most versatile RAD tools. I try to roll daily and the recovery balls are the first balls I grab in the morning for rolling out my hamstrings, glutes, shins and calf muscles. Perfect tool to use on feet and upper traps. Today I used the balls to give myself a fascia facial. I bought my first pair a few years ago and they have held up, like brand new. Lastly, I find them easy to wash with soap and water. I heard you can put them in the dishwasher, but I'm satisfied with my method. I recently purchased 3 pairs to give as gifts. Full disclosure, I'm a self MFR instructor and my students love them also. They are superior to other brands out there.

Just the right pressure
Using these for my neck pain and it gives good but not too firm pressure along my vertebrae and trapezius muscles when I lean forward and put the ball between neck and wall. Helps to relieve tension and trigger point pain.
