I thought I might be falling for it by buying this, but I gave it a shot. I have plantar fasciitis, and even though a foot massage is what I need and want more than anything else, sometimes foot massages can be extremely painful to endure, because my feet have so many knots in them and extremely tender areas. This ball is exactly what I needed. I also go to the gym a lot, and regularly rub this on any sore muscles I may have and it helps so much. I don't understand why this feels so much better than a regular ball π but it truly feels amazing on my feet that have always hurt me π soreness be gone.. Feels like over time it's "unlocking" my stiff and achey feet
