best rollers I've ever found
I've been a dancer, a mover, and a do-er my whole life. These rollers have changed my world, and are worth the investment. They get so much more done than the flat or tire tread rollers - truly truly. the divots for the spine are a game changer - I thought they might alter how they roll on my legs and body, yet the articulated shapes find muscular and fascial releases I would have to work double to get with a flat roller.
The smaller helix roller has been crucial for my neck and lower back, and both my partner and I have seen changes in our systems from these great releases.
The rods are so sturdy, and a great way to get into necks and backs with very little pressure from the arms. the hand holds are comfortable, and feels great in the hand. it's not going to slip or move when you don't want it to.
I haven't gotten into everything that this set can do, it's just so versatile... prepare never to be "bored" releasing your muscles and self massaging again. :)
I would love for them to come in earthier colors or simple blacks, but that's just me.

Exactly what I've been looking for!
Anyone who exercises, trains or plays sports on a regular basis should perform maintenance on their body to avoid injuries. I used to visit the chiropractor, physical therapist or massage therapist on a weekly basis and I'd pop pain killers if my knee or shoulder flared up. The RAD tools allow me to perform body care on my own in the comfort of my home or at the golf course before a round. I can't imagine how much money I've saved from not requiring so many frequent appointments and my golf game has never been better!!
