I saw an Instagram ad about Rad, and bought the Complete RAD Bundle. It came in a huge box. I found that I didn’t want the block that holds the balls and is for static exercise. I also didn’t want the Helix. The Helix is huge and didn’t appeal to me. I returned those items with no issues—I messaged RAD before I shipped back, and got the okay to send, along with the address. I received my refund quickly once RAD received the items. (They weren’t opened).
I’ve had constant left hip pain for several years, and gave up chiropractic adjustments; they didn’t do anything to help. I’ve been using the items in the bundle every other day or so, and I’m not sure yet if they’ll help my hip to be permanently pain free.
The items themselves are very well made. I especially like the Centre ball. I found it difficult to inflate, but once I inflated it properly, it’s been great! I use it for my back and neck. In all, a real nice set. I think it would be nice if RAD let customers build their own bundle.

I wish I bought this set years ago. Since studying MFR with Yoga Medicine, I have seen considerable changes in the tissues, whilst using the RAD complete set. In my opinion there is nothing quite like RAD on the market. I highly recommend this set to anyone, looking to improve there overall health.

The Total Package
I would definitely call this the total package because it comes with everything you need for recovery. I consistently exercise usually 6 days per week but on my off day I will sometimes lay out all of these tools and use them to make sure that I hit every muscle group and all areas of my body. Having a Round of each size really allows to address even the smallest spots that can be causing you trouble and keeping you from feeling your best. One of my favorite days of the week is now my Recovery Day when I get to use all these tools together. Thank you RAD!!!

when they say the works they really mean it!
i've had the opportunity to test the products from a lot of different companies on the market and RAD really does it right. a lot of their tools actually pair together as well so the deeper into rad you get the more usages you are actually unlocking for the tools you already have. sending 'the works bundle' as a gift to my sister and brother-in-law to supplement their at home fitness routines while they're stuck working at home during coronavirus.
